Quincy Recycle is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong work ethics and sales experience. Sales opportunities are available in Quincy, IL; Alsip, IL and New Haven, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting customers and actively seeking new opportunities in the recycling industry
- Collecting detailed information and following-up with customers and co-workers promptly
- Making daily cold calls, creating a weekly opportunity list, and any other necessary reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, preferably some sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with new and existing customers, as well as co-workers
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel an average of 2-3 days/week

General Manager - New Haven, Indiana
Quincy Recycle is seeking a General Manager for their New Haven, IN facility to create a positive team atmosphere with an emphasis on employee development and accountability.
College degree and 5 years management experience preferred.
- Position requires an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Responsible for all management functions for the Indiana Plant. Work within the confines of a team with GM’s in other markets.
- Coordinate and manage production, maintenance, and procurement functions.
- Must have a full and complete understanding of production costs, maintenance costs and material values. Position has P & L responsibility.
- Liaison for community relationships.
- Willingness to travel to other plant locations.
