Marshall’s focus is providing leadership to the operations and business development teams, working closely with them to develop mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships with local Wisconsin businesses. Marshall has been in this role since 2018. He enjoys educating himself on industry trends and sharing that knowledge with Quincy Recycle partners. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his daughter's basketball teams and traveling to new destinations with his wife.

Dan Hollman
Operations Manager
Dan dedicates his time to managing and developing the Quincy Recycle employees at the West Bend location and creating operational efficiencies for the plant. He started with Quincy Recycle in 2019 and uses his background in banking and retail management to keep a financial focus on the business. He has a passion for learning about the recycling industry and enjoys applying what he learns to create value for Quincy Recycle partners. Dan is a big fan of Wisconsin sports, and loves to watch the Bucks, Brewers and Packers!

Ryan Gorham
Sales Coordinator
Ryan currently serves as the main point of contact for Quincy Recycle partners when it comes to scheduling and coordinating logistics for many customers – keeping everyone connected and informed. He is also the primary contact for the Wisconsin vendors and managing the brokerage accounts. He has worked for Quincy Recycle since 2019 and is excited about growing our Wisconsin footprint from 1 recycling plant at 2000 tons to 2 plants with a total over 6000 tons today. He enjoys learning new ways to continually provide beneficial services and cost savings for Quincy Recycle partners through negotiating and ensuring competitive freight options and pricing in a market that can be ever-changing and challenging. Ryan spends most of his free time with his wife and kids and enjoys bow hunting for deer in the fall, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
